VILA VITA Parc Resort & Spa, in the Algarvian paradise, enriches its offer of spa services and beauty treatments with the launch of the brand new Spa by Sisley, the first to introduce this luxury brand in Portugal. Today, My Design Week decided to present to you the ultra-modern 1600m2 spa that is now open and waiting for your visit.

 

The new VILA VITA Spa by Sisley, located in the existing spa building, is a sanctuary of wellness and tranquillity, displaying a contemporary design inspired by the region’s phenomenal caves, decorated with natural stone and relaxing shades of blue and green, reflecting the nuances of the Atlantic Ocean.

The space comprises 14 elegant treatment rooms equipped with the latest in Gharieni brand treatments, a large, well-lit Fitness Studio with glass walls overlooking the resort’s luxuriant gardens, hosting group or private lessons – suspended yoga, power yoga and chakra meditation, as well as HYPOXI * Studio – an innovative method of body modeling, exclusive in Portugal.

In spring 2019 there will be three renovated spa suites, perfect for those who wish to book different treatments and private fitness classes, due to its proximity to the treatment area.

Sisley brand treatments are known to combine an advanced scientific approach with the most exquisite natural products, including plant extracts and essential oils rigorously selected for their biological properties and according to their affinity with the skin. Guests can choose their facials and body treatments from a careful menu of the Sisley Phyto-Aromatic range. These luxurious treatments exist in different versions for face and body, each with its massage techniques, suitable to supply the needs of each type of skin.

In addition to the Sisley treatments, guests can also make manicures and pedicures from the prestigious British brand Margaret Dabbs.

Outside of the spa, sports enthusiasts can enjoy a variety of outdoor sports, including lessons, with various swimming pools, tennis and volleyball courts, mini-football, badminton, mini-golf, a driving range, putting green and pitch & putt. Water sports including seagulls, sailing boats, lasers, canoes, water skiing, surfing, bananas, and windsurfing are available at the Art Náutica Beach Club in Armação de Pêra.

At the beach concession in front of the resort, guests can paddle board, canoe, scuba diving or boat trips to the nearby caves. Nearby there are excellent facilities for horse riding, windsurfing, walking, and cycling.

Fresh and nutritionally balanced dishes of organic or whole foods, as well as vegetarian, flexi-free and gluten, lactose-free options are available, representing a healthier approach in the resort’s many restaurants and bars, with most of the products coming from the VILA VITA Parc, the Herdade dos Grous, in the Alentejo.
