A picture is worth a thousand words, people say. Google’s Street View is an amazing tool that allows panoramic view of many streets in the world. Launched in 2007 just for the US, has since expanded to include cities and rural areas worldwide. Most photographs were taken using a car, but some (including some of the ones below) where taken using underwater aparatus and even camels – always mainstream. Google even launched a business solution for companies wanting to have their office or event on Street View, or even promote remote and unique places out of the grid.
