Milan Design Week 2019

Design has taken over Milan this week with the popular and powerful event Milan Design Week 2019. This event is still happening until the 14th of April and today, My Design Week is going to show you the most exciting events that you are missing and the ones you can, and should attend today, where you can enjoy a few drinks while embracing all the art and design! Take a look:

 

DELIGHTFULL

The exclusive event “When Brera Meets Mid-Century” was between the sister brands DelightFULL & Essential Home with Bredaquaranta. Decorated from head to toe with DelightFULL’s lighting pieces and Essential Home furniture pieces, the event was plenty of inspiration, style, and glamour.

MOOOI

MOOOI presented “A Life Extraordinary” at Mediateca Santa Teresa – Via della Moscova, Milan. Moooi showcased novelties, such as The Party, the world’s first singing chandelier, by Kranen/Gille, The BFF Sofa by Marcel Wanders and the Meshmatics Chandelier Small by Rick Tegelaar.

ROSSANA ORLANDI

This year, at Milan Design Week, Rossana Orlandi launched and promoted the first edition of the contest Ro Plastic Prize. This contest’s main goal is challenging young designers to find new ways to transform, re-design and re-use plastic in the creation of new concepts in five categories.

BOCA DO LOBO
