Central Park Tower is the tallest residential building in NYC. Designed by Rottet Studio and developed by Extell Development. Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture (AS+GG) are the architects of the project. They have designed nine of the top 100 supertall buildings, including Central Park Tower.

3 WORLD TRADE CENTER

3WTC is open for business and is more than a building. Designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, 3 WTC is instantly recognizable by its iconic “K” brace, the building’s external steel framing, while seamlessly integrating into the triumphant community of World Trade Center architecture. The developer was Silverstein Properties. Tower 3 at 175 Greenwich Street was designed to be a new commercial skyscraper and the construction cost $900 million.

American Copper Buildings is named as the new skyline icon of New York! Located at 626 1st Avenue, New York, the project was designed by SHoP Architects and developer by JDS Development Group. The sculptural design – two copper-clad towers that bend in the middle to meet at a skybridge – brings a new dynamism to an overlooked area of the city.
