Downtown Design Dubai was the first international design trade event held in the Middle East from Oct. 29th to Nov. 1st. My Design Week presents you the ‘best of’ this unique event.

The fair brought together a selection of international design brands renowned for their quality products and focus on manufacturing craftsmanship. It was the place to be for architects, real estate developers, interior designers and professional specifiers from across the Middle East and North Africa.

The aim was to present the best in furniture, lighting, accessories, flooring, textiles and new technologies with emphasis on quality, innovation and research. Hence the limited number os brands showcasing their collections.

The event counted with the present of leading brands such us Poltrona Frau, Cassina and Cappellini as well as the timeless US chair manufacturers Emeco and contemporary Turkish design brand Gaia & Gino.
