Both renowned and young, experimental designers launch new products, prototypes and foresighted projects at DMY International Design Festival 2014. A place for design networking, the DMY Berlin offers symposia, designer-talks and workshops on topics such as contemporary design and necessary future trends of design.

Between 28. May and 1st of June, at the Airport Berlin Tempelhof, on an hanger of 12 000 square meter and you can acquire the ticktes here.

DMY Social Design Focus

For the first time social design works and projects will be presented at DMY Berlin. The aim is to present design drafts and products addressing the concept of social change. Works and workshops by Kaustav Majumdar, Hans Venheuizen, Staging Healthy Communities and „be able“ among others will be shown.

DMY Awards 2014

To highlight excellence and innovation, DMY awards the best works among the festival submissions. This year’s award was designed by Philipp Weber (winner of last year’s TNew Talents Prize) and manufactured by Berlin Glas e.V. .

Open Talks

Included in the DMY ticket price, the Open-Talk-Stage provides the opportunity for universities, designers, studios and companys to present their national and international projects, concepts and business models.
