2014 Pritzker Prize Laureate, Shigeru Ban
The Pritzker Prize is presented annually to a living architect in recognition of contributions to both humanity and the built environment through architecture.
Japanese architect Shigeru Ban was named the receiver of 2014 Pritzker Architecture Prize. He is the second japanese (in a row) to receive this prestigious architecture prize, after Toyo Ito, last years’ laureate.
